INSAT 4CR was launched using GSLV
Developing both the launch vehicle(GSLV) and the satelite(Insat 4CR) and most importantly finding out the problem and taking measures from the unfortuante last year's unsucessful launch of Insat-4CR is Surely a remarkable achievement by ISRO.
